Overview

Apprenticeship training is a traditional system that incorporates a combination of on the job training and periods of technical training at an Institute such as NAIT.  The apprentice normally spends ten months of the year at his/her place of employment and two months at NAIT.  This combination is time proven; allowing an apprentice to gain practical skills, learn effective behavior, and relevant technical knowledge.
