Computer Software Support Certificate (Distance)

Overview

As the business world shifts to rely more heavily on technology to create efficient internal and external solutions, the demand for skilled technical workers increases. These courses cover a number of popular software programs currently used by business and industry, and you'll have the opportunity to develop skills for effective use and support of these mainstream productivity tools.    

The program establishes a benchmark for end-user support in computer productivity software. Not only will you receive employment-ready training, but you'll also be able to study on a part-time basis allowing you to maintain your current career status.

Each course requires a specific computer application from the Microsoft Office 2007 suite. Software can be purchased online at a student discount from the NAIT Tech Store after you have received your NAIT student ID (www.nait.ca/techstore).

With the recent release of Office Suite 2010, this series of courses were discontinued for enrollment at the end of December 2010.
