Bakers work in diverse areas such as in-store bakeries, independent bakeries, hotels, restaurants, camps, institutions, resorts, industrial manufacturers, catering and private enterprises.

Apprentice bakers have the opportunity to work as bakers, decorators, merchandising managers, bakery managers, pastry cooks and pastry chefs.
