Cooking for Health and Vitality Courses

Make a healthy lifestyle that much easier to achieve. Take your personal interest in healthy food and cooking to a new level. In this series of hands-on culinary courses, you’ll prepare and practice making fresh and natural meals.  You’ll also investigate the impact food choices have on your health. Topics such as weight loss, illness prevention and recovery, energy foods and meal options for common food allergies are highlighted.

Using delicious, natural ingredients and thoughtful preparation techniques, you’ll learn how you can allow foods to retain their nutrient levels and flavours. Fibre-rich grains, colourful vegetables and fruits, satisfying beans, flavourful nuts and savoury seeds are the building blocks for all the recipes you’ll try. Each course will include hands-on preparation of quick and easy meals you can recreate in your own home and techniques and tips for adapting your own family-favourite recipes.
