Whatever piques your interest, from Cheese Making to Molecular Gastronomy, there is a course here for you.
We encourage all students to register a week prior to the course start date in order to avoid the risk of being placed on a waiting list due to high enrollment. You are asked to bring an apron, food containers, and grocery bags to take home your tasty creations. The recommended footwear for these courses should be closed toe, non-slip leather shoes. Do not wear loose clothing and jewelry.
