International Cooking Courses
Take your palate on a culinary tour and learn to prepare the world’s favourite regional and ethnic dishes. Explore the flavours, seasonings, techniques and traditions from all corners of the globe – from Europe to New Orleans to the Mediterranean and various regions of Asia. Discover how every culture has a new taste experience to offer, something to teach through the combination of their indigenous flavours, or the fusion of cultural culinary delights.
Each course is taught by a professional chef who will be there for support as you experiment with various international techniques. Be adventurous – try a new cuisine, or aim to recreate the tastes you experienced on your last vacation.
Important: Students are asked to bring an apron, food containers, and grocery bags to take home their tasty creations. The recommended footwear for these courses should be closed toe, non-slip leather shoes. Do not wear loose clothing and jewelry.
