International Cooking Courses - Authentic Italian Kitchen Series

The culture and cuisine of Italy has as many variations as regions. Cheeses, wines, oils, pastas, meat and deli items as well as tomato products all play a major role in Italian cuisine, with their many variations according to region. This series of courses is devoted to introducing you to Italian cuisine through exploration of ingredients and regions of Italy. You will learn how to recognize authenticity and find local suppliers of authentic Italian ingredients under the guidance of professional chefs.

Entrance Requirements

You are asked to bring an apron, food containers, and grocery bags to take home your tasty creations.
