Meals from Start to Finish Courses

Fish, chicken, beef, pork, turkey and wild game. Learn how to create, complete, and balance meals from start to finish in this series of hands-on cooking classes. In each course, the main element will be one of the prominent proteins – the star of the meal.  You’ll learn to make flavour selections that complement your main dish. Focus will be on developing a complete and balanced meal that will satisfy hungry stomachs. To keep you from feeling overwhelmed when planning a complete meal, you will be given tips for organizing your work schedule and timing your dishes.
