Outreach & Wellbeing Leaders
NAIT's Outreach and Wellbeing Leaders ensure positive, informed and holistic care to our students through initiatives set by Student Engagement and in collaboration with Campus Life service areas. Some of the initiatives in which OWLs participate include Safe Spaces, Pride Week, Sexual Violence Prevention outreach, Music Jam sessions, Healthy Relationship Week, Art Therapy, New Student Orientation and many more on-going wellness endeavors throughout the year.
Bringing their own set unique skills and personal experiences of being a NAIT student, our OWLs connect students with information on campus resources and facilitate well-being breaks to promote a balanced post-secondary experience. By supporting events, leading activities, and collaborating with leaders within Campus Life, OWLs demonstrate NAIT’s commitment to supporting the mental, physical and academic well-being of the student body.
