School of Skilled Trades
The School of Skilled Trades offers industry training in over 40 program areas, including Culinary Arts, leading to journeyman certification or diploma credentials. Our programs align with the knowledge and skills that industry is looking for, and our graduates are in high demand. Concepts learned in the classroom are reinforced by lab and shop activities so students are prepared for their first day on the job.
Similarly, aspiring chefs and cooks benefit from our experienced faculty, comprehensive curriculum and the Hokanson Centre for Culinary Arts. Each year, the Chef in Residence program provides students the rare opportunity to learn first-hand from some of the best chefs in the world.
