Our pre-employment and workforce training programs are fully customizable to meet both industry requirements and the unique cultural, social, and economic context of each community. Every program is designed to equip participants with practical, job-ready skills. We co-design projects with Indigenous communities and industry partners, integrating Traditional Ways of Knowing into the research process and ensuring outcomes are academically sound, culturally sensitive, and directly applicable to real-world community needs.
