Debra Poulin (APP-Cook '10, Culinary Arts '09) is the owner and executive chef of Twisted Fork. They are a restaurant that creates seasonal dishes utilizing local ingredients from local farmers, producers and businesses. In addition to the restaurant, they have added a Preserve company where they create jams, sauces, pickles and rubs showcasing local products.
Not only is Twisted Fork a restaurant that provides high-quality dishes using local products but a Preserve Co., that uses local products to create their lineup of jams, sauces, pickles and rubs.
