Adam Stoyko (APP-Cook '08) is the co-owner of Waffle Bird, Edmonton’s first dedicated chicken and waffles restaurant. What began as a takeout spot in a back alley off Whyte Ave has grown into a full-service restaurant with seating, TVs, and a vibrant mural. Waffle Bird is also home to the famous Woahnut—a fresh waffle-donut hybrid available daily in a variety of flavours.
