Could you use some more peace, quiet and calm in your life? Join Embodiment Guide, Nicole Rose (Marketing '08) as she shares the benefits of a regular meditation practice and tips that anyone can use to get started - no experience necessary.

Did you know there is more than one way to meditate? Together, participants will try out a few different meditation techniques to help you discover your unique meditation style, because the best meditation style for you, is one that you actually do.
