NAIT Events: NAIT requires volunteers for events such as Open House, Orientation and Convocation. Volunteers could be asked to greet guests, work at an information booth or help the students get ready to walk across the stage at Convocation. Sign up as a NAIT Events volunteer to be contacted about volunteering for these types of events.
Alumni Speaker: Alumni speakers share their educational and career experiences with current or prospective NAIT students at a range of events on and off campus. Current students are given practical information on career opportunities and the realities of a particular field of employment. Prospective students can gather information to make informed decisions about their specific program choices. Alumni Speaker volunteers will be contacted to speak when an appropriate event occurs.
Alumni Association Advisory Committee: The direction of the NAIT Alumni Association is determined with strategic input from the NAIT Alumni Association Advisory Committee (AAAC). The AAAC is responsible for advising on and providing strategic direction over the content of services, events, and programming offered to NAIT’s alumni by the Alumni Relations team. The Committee is advisory in nature and will help inform decision-making. AAAC members act as ambassadors to help foster a mutually beneficial relationship between NAIT and its alumni community by recruiting members, and promoting special events and services to fellow alumni.
