If you have a NAIT ID number, have it ready.

Have your passport and credit card ready.

Create your Student Profile. Record your User Name, Password, and NAIT ID.

Select one (1) term start date.

Pay non-refundable deposit. ($60 for Domestic students and $1000 for International students)

NAIT offers PALs to international students. Come study with us in Canada!

Once you have paid your tuition deposit, NAIT will request a PAL for you. Please continue to check your email frequently for instructions about your PAL.

In most cases, you can expect your PAL within seven (7) business days of paying your deposit. Once available, you can download your PAL in your MyNAIT portal.

A PAL is a required document to apply for an initial study permit from outside of Canada. You can review who is PAL exempt here. 

Foreign nationals in Canada with a visitor visa may take one level of ESL without a study permit, as long as they can complete that level during their initial period of authorized stay (i.e. within their 6-month stay).

Wait for test results to determine your ESL starting level.

After you've taken your Placement Test and your test results are in your portal, you will receive an email with a link to the Enrolment Form. Fill in this form and you will be enrolled in classes.
