This course focuses on the use of accounting information in management decision making under conditions of certainty and uncertainty. Management control systems will be examined and evaluated as to how they affect management decision-making. Case analysis methodologies will be utilized to investigate advanced management accounting topics. Both financial and non-financial aspects will be analyzed.
