The not-for-profit sector is an important part of the Canadian economy which encompasses areas such as health, education, social services, community development, culture, religion, sports, recreation, civic and environmental advocacy and more. Students will build an understanding of not-for-profit governance, accounting standards and performance measures to support decision making and communication in a not-for-profit environment.
