Students will gain clinical experience assisting a veterinarian or a technician in the NAIT animal health clinic by performing examinations, restraint, care, treatment, surgery and diagnostic procedures. Students rotate through reception, anesthesia, surgery and laboratory duties and dentistry which are part of a routine day in a veterinary hospital.
