A foundational understanding of a profitable business operation benefits the potential entrepreneur and employee. Students will learn how to identify a business opportunity for a food service operation and develop a product line to service that opportunity. They will also learn the fundamentals and importance of a business plan. A forum for constructive feedback is provided through an oral business plan presentation.
