The Biomedical Engineering Technology graduate will be entering the biomedical workplace. This 5-week work experience is designed to transition the biomedical student into the workplace. The student is placed into an un-paid, entry-level biomedical technologist position with a public or private sector employer. The student will be challenged to perform technical work, learn within the workplace, and communicate effectively with other professionals. Direction, mentoring, and supervision, is provided by the employer.
