This course will provide underlying theory and practical skills for the student in conducting applied research activities in construction management, including methodological approaches, information collection and literacy, proposal writing and presentation, and numeracy. These skills will prepare the student for conducting the Capstone Applied Research Project as well as future applied research activities in his or her career.
