This course presents programming concepts and basic logic structures used in modern programming languages. The course introduces computing and programming concepts from a business perspective. Areas covered include common programming languages, programming standards, purchasing or building software, and programming ethics. This course also provides a foundation for developing logical problem-solving skills and flowcharting. Students will have the opportunity to experiment hands-on with developing simple programs.
