Technology innovation refers to changes in how leaders/managers and employees think, lead others, and manage systems and processes that will add value to the stakeholders and create organizational sustainability. Innovation creates change both from a technical and behavioural perspective, therefore, innovation concepts, strategies and practices including barriers to innovation will be assessed. The relationship between innovation to change, change management, productivity, and corporate social responsibility will be analyzed. In addition, to promote an innovative organizational culture change management, change leadership, change readiness, and change resistance concepts, strategies, and practices will be examined.
