The Digital Sculpting course allows students to use advanced industry standard software to create realistic and stylized characters and assets. Students will create organic models utilizing brushes and tools that simulate working in clay or carving in stone. We will also explore the creation of inorganic hard surface models. Students will then texture or paint directly on their 3D models and create UVs for exporting normal, displacement and texture maps for rendering in an external rendering program.
