Banks and other financial institutions are key businesses that drive the fundamental aspects of an economy. Students will examine the roles and structures of the financial markets, financial intermediaries, and regulations of the financial industry in Canada. They will also gain an overview of foreign exchange markets and become familiar with issues and practices affecting this dynamic industry.
