This course introduces the student to the complexities of written and oral communication and provides a basis for strong business and technical communication. It provides students with practice preparing documents relevant to the business environment. Students are required to apply effective online and database research techniques and APA documentation to compile, design, and deliver an oral presentation of borrowed ideas and images.
