In supporting organizational strategy, attracting and selecting the right talent for an organization is key to its success. In this course, students will learn best practices and gain working knowledge of the major recruitment and selection functions including human resource planning and forecasting; determining job specifications; identifying recruitment sources and screening procedures; using employment testing methods; interviewing techniques; and application background investigating. Students will also learn how to conduct employment interviews through role-play sessions and class exercises.
