This course focuses on the growing dependency on self-directed, collaborative teams in the workplace. Management structures, systems, and processes to create collaborative team environments, and the effects on team performances will be examined. Individual team leadership styles, competencies, strategies, and practices will be assessed in relationship to team members dynamics and performance. Collaborative intelligence team styles, strategies, and practices will be analyzed. Team assessment tools will be used to evaluate team performance, and strategies will be developed to address any gaps in team performance.
