The course provides the student with an applied working knowledge of the Lean and Six Sigma principles, including the different tools, phases, and methods used to deploy Lean and Six Sigma in the real world. The course includes an overview of the Six Sigma implementation and management, Six Sigma tools and techniques, relationship between Lean and Six Sigma, and an overview of Lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
