Effective operations management is key to increasing an organization’s productivity. This course evaluates fundamental operations management decisions for manufacturing and service organizations. Major operational design and management decisions are analyzed from quantitative and qualitative perspectives. Integrating the organization’s competitive strategy into all operational decisions is imperative for the organization to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage.
