Working with clients is a required step in applying the knowledge and skills that have been acquired in the first year of the PFT program. In this course, the student will be asked to utilize the concepts of client-centered exercise prescription to assigned virtual and / or face-to-face clients or, on occasion, clients of their choosing. Skills practiced will include information gathering, conducting assessments, providing appropriate feedback and program design.
