This course consists of a disciplined study of project management’s best practices, tools, techniques, and processes, including the project manager’s knowledge and competencies needed to lead a team to project success. A project manager’s leadership and interpersonal skills and abilities will focus on how to build collaborative, trusting, and productive relationships with all stakeholders involved in a project’s success. A project manager’s knowledge and application of project management’s integrated project management plan will focus on the best practices, processes, tools and techniques involved in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing a project successfully, within scope, on time, within budget, and meeting stakeholders’ expectations.
