Advanced technical tax knowledge and analysis can elevate an accountant’s career in a digitized environment. In this course, students who have foundational personal and corporate tax knowledge will increase their comprehension of non-routine situations. Corporate reorganizations and the application of tax principles and concepts to complex tax situations of individuals, corporations, trusts, and partnerships will be examined.
