Wireless Systems Engineering Technologists require an understanding of the conceptual foundation of data networks and how the wireless services are accommodated on these networks. This course introduces students to fundamental networking principles such as networking models and devices, basic error detection and correction methods, address design, protocols and standards used, as well as the practical implementation of simple networks based on all these principles.
