We're thrilled to welcome you back for another delicious season of our Student Showcase Buffet!
You can choose from an impressive array of delectable dishes prepared by NAIT’s Culinary Arts students for a great price. The selection varies weekly and features fantastic creations that the students have learned in class.
$45.00* per person (plus tax and gratuity, includes coffee/tea)
11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m
Cash bar will also be available during dining hours.
*To maintain the high quality of our Student Showcase Buffet, pricing has been increased to reflect rising food and supply costs.
March Student Showcase Buffet Bookings
Buffet dates: March 13, 20 & 27
Reservations: open at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24
We have a limited number of table sizes available, and they will sell out quickly.
How to book:
- Reservations require full pre-payment to confirm
- Refunds are available until the Tuesday before your reservation date
- One buffet booking per guest
- Reservations are only confirmed once payment is completed

Didn't get a table reservation? If your table size is unavailable or the buffet sells out, you may enter our lottery.
- The lottery form will open on February 24 at 10:00 a.m. and close on February 26 at 11:59 p.m.
- You may enter for multiple dates and seating times
- Guests can only be selected once

Our features
Garde Manger
Appetizers and various cold Hors d’oeuvres, including salads, cold cuts, artisanal cheeses, and fresh-baked rolls.
Closes at 1 p.m.
Contemporary
Main dishes and entrées with a variety of hot side dishes and a meat carving station.
Closes at 1:15 p.m.
Patisserie
Desserts, pastries, handmade chocolates, mousses, and cakes.
Closes at 1:30 p.m.
