Your lunch plans just got fancier
You can choose from an impressive array of delectable dishes prepared by NAIT’s Culinary Arts students for a great price. The selection varies weekly and features fantastic creations that the students have learned in class.

Our features
Garde Manger
Appetizers and various cold Hors d’oeuvres, including salads, cold cuts, artisanal cheeses, and fresh-baked rolls.
Closes at 1 p.m.
Contemporary
Main dishes and entrées with a variety of hot side dishes and a meat carving station.
Closes at 1:15 p.m.
Patisserie
Desserts, pastries, handmade chocolates, mousses, and cakes.
Closes at 1:30 p.m.
Reservation guidelines
- Each guest may reserve up to 3 buffets during the term.
- Groups of 5 or more guests must pre-pay for their reservations.
- Reservations for the Fall 2025 term (September–December) - RESERVATIONS FULL
- Reservations for the Winter 2026 term (January–April) - Please stayed tuned for information on reservations for the Winter term.
Please note: Buffets fill up quickly and reservations are first-come, first-served — we recommend booking early!
