You can choose from an impressive array of delectable dishes prepared by NAIT’s Culinary Arts students for a great price. The selection varies weekly and features fantastic creations that the students have learned in class.

Garde Manger

Appetizers and various cold Hors d’oeuvres, including salads, cold cuts, artisanal cheeses, and fresh-baked rolls.

Closes at 1 p.m.


 Main dishes and entrées with a variety of hot side dishes and a meat carving station.

Closes at 1:10 p.m.


Desserts, pastries, handmade chocolates, mousses, and cakes.

Closes at 1:20 p.m.
