You've created a minimum viable product and now what? This is all about testing your demo before you build the actual product. You will look at testing the following risks along with the risk your MVP doesn't solve the problem for the customer.
- Customer Risk- who has the pain? How do you identify early adopters?
- Product Risk - How will you solve these problems? What is the minimum feature set needed to launch?
- Market Risk - What is the pricing model? Will customers pay for the solution? What price will they pay?
