Join alumna Christabel Khumalo (Finance ‘10) and Madlen Christianson, Manager of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at NAIT to gain a more in-depth understanding of the realities of racism in Canada, particularly within the black community.

The conversation is in a collaborative format to enable participants to gain practical viewpoints on the impact of racism at various levels. The conversation will guide participants through a journey of self-reflection while giving tools to build an anti-racist lens.

Christabel Khumalo is a Business Consultant whose people-centered Servant Leadership approach has stimulated the growth of small to medium-sized businesses globally by providing innovative solutions.
