NAIT Health and Wellness coordinator develops Pokémon Go workout

Published on August 11, 2016

Amy Eversley has a plan to turn the streets into your very own Pokémon gym.

“You can’t just stay home and play it,” says Eversley, who also graduated from NAIT’s Personal Fitness Trainer program in 2010. “You have no choice but to move.”
