Joerg Goetsch, general manager of corporate affairs with Daishowa-Marubeni International Ltd., and Mike Begin, recently retired president and CEO of Spartan Controls, received honorary Bachelor of Technology in Technology Management degrees.

For the first time this year, the polytechnic hosted five convocation ceremonies at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium from May 3-5, up from four ceremonies last year and three in previous years. More than 8,000 students graduated, though not all attended convocation.
