The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) is on a path to achieve its vision to be the most relevant and responsive post-secondary institution in Canada and a world-leading polytechnic. We are currently looking for our seventh president and CEO.
The selection of a new president and CEO is one of the Board of Governor’s most important responsibilities. We are looking for a visionary leader who can continue to keep us on the path of making our institution a world-leader in polytechnic education, deepen our ties with industry and stakeholders, as well as broaden the understanding and importance of polytechnic education.
As an institution, we are focused on meeting Alberta’s needs for a highly skilled workforce in the areas of business and entrepreneurship, applied sciences and technology, skilled trades and health and life sciences.
Our relationship with industry and businesses is unique – they are partners in all we do. There is a great excitement at our polytechnic as we plan for its future and expansion on Blatchford.
A position profile is being created which will define what we are looking for, including experience, qualifications and leadership style.
