Please Note: this does not apply to the City of Edmonton-managed EPark zones along 118ave and on 109st. Visitors must pay or risk being ticketed and/or towed. 


Lab tours and hands-on demonstrations

Get a first-hand look at some of our state-of-the art labs, meet our instructors and  students and get a tour of our learning environments.

Here’s a glimpse at just a few of the lab tours happening across campus:

  • Check out the ECG unit on display in Laboratory and X-Ray Technology Combined
  • Drop in to our radio and television studios and watch how commercials and newscasts are created
  • Discover the chemical plant unit and mico processor demonstration in Computer Engineering Technology
  • Learn about the Geological Sandbox in Geoscience Technology
  • Try your hand at welding outside the North Lobby at the Miller Welding Truck and Trailer
  • Experiment with virtual car painting in the Auto Body Technician booth
  • Test your decorating skills in Baking and Pastry Arts

Career Interest Assessments for Choosing a NAIT Program

Session Times: 9:00 AM & 1:00 PM

Join NAIT Career Advisors for this 50-minute workshop to learn about Strong Interest Inventory (SII) and how this psychometric career interest assessment may be helpful as you plan your academic journey at NAIT. During the workshop, you will be issued a link to complete SII online and have a chance to pre-book your debriefing appointment with an advisor. As a limited time offer, these assessments will be free for workshop attendees (typically valued from $70 to $200 at a private career counselling office).
