Office 365
Office 365 is available to all current NAIT students, giving you access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, OneNote, and more on up to 5 PCs/Macs, 5 tablets and 5 phones per user and 1TB online storage with OneDrive.
Microsoft software is only licensed for use while you are registered as a current student at NAIT. Please discontinue use after you are no longer a current student.

Citrix
Citrix is a service that allows students and staff access to a variety of applications from a computer, phone or tablet all for free. Some of the applications include: AutoCAD, ArcGIS, AspenTech, MicroSurvey, Bently AutoPLANT, MicroStation, and Simulation Solutions.

Microsoft Azure Dev Tools for Teaching allows access to various Microsoft software products at no cost.

Autodesk offers a variety of free software programs, including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, for designers, animators, engineers and architects.

textHELP (Read&Write)
Read&Write (textHELP) is a text to speech ribbon based program which can read Word, PDF and websites out loud. In addition to the main text to speech feature, Read&Write has other features which include: writing tools, research tools, and study tools.

WebEx: Hands-on Labs
Some courses may use WebEx Hands-on Labs to remotely access and control computers at NAIT remotely. Your instructor will provide details if being using in your class, and you can see the Student FAQ here:

International Student Access
NAIT has protocols in place to ensure international students have access to their NAIT accounts while studying outside of Canada.

ESRI ArcMap Desktop App (Ver 10.5.1)
ArcMap is the main component of ESRI's ArcGIS suite of geospatial processing programs, and is used primarily to view, edit, create, and analyze geospatial data. ArcMap allows the user to explore data within a data set, symbolize features accordingly, and create maps. Access is restricted to specific programs.
