Turn your passion into reality by baking unique and original breads through hands-on practice, lectures, and examples. Discover how to make European-inspired breads by culturing and nurturing your own mother sour and building a sponge to enhance flavor. Develop an eye for selecting creative ingredients. Practice using professional techniques for mixing, kneading, folding and shaping your dough.

The skills you gain in this course will allow you to create the most delicious artisan breads in your very own home.
