Course Overview

To drive value and accountability, organizations must measure the impact of their data governance and AI initiatives. This course provides professionals with a practical framework for setting performance goals, selecting meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and tracking outcomes to evaluate progress and effectiveness. Participants will explore the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) method, learning how to define clear, ambitious objectives paired with measurable results aligned to business priorities. The course emphasizes integrating KPIs within OKRs to track progress, ensure alignment, and support strategic execution across governance and AI projects. With the skills gained in this course, you will be able to design metrics that enhance transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement.
