Course Overview

In a world shaped by interconnected technologies and evolving user needs, organizations must think holistically and act creatively to solve complex problems. This course introduces learners to systems thinking and design thinking—two complementary approaches for developing scalable, human-centered AI and data governance solutions. Participants will analyze interdependencies across people, processes, and technology using systems thinking models, while applying design thinking to frame problems, prototype solutions, and prioritize user needs. The course emphasizes how these mindsets foster innovation, ethical decision-making, and effective governance in AI and data initiatives. With the knowledge gained in this course, you will be able to apply systems and design thinking tools to develop inclusive and responsible digital solutions.
