Course Overview
This concise, usable course for Local Area Network (LAN) administrators discusses everything you need to perform basic administrative tasks using Cisco switches. Upon successful completion of this course you will be able to set up Virtual Local Area Network Trunking Protocol in a switched network.
Upon completion of this course you will be able to describe concepts of a Local Area Network switched network including initial setup of a switch and configuring and verifying a Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN). You will also be able to set up the VLAN trunking protocol and implement Secure Shell (SSH) protocol.
Prior to enrolling in this course, it is recommended that you complete CCTM370, Introduction to Switching and Routing, or have equivalent experience.
