Course Overview

Estimating the direct cost of a project is critical in project planning. Describe the role and responsibilities of a construction estimator. Discover the practices required for the preparation of detailed estimates for typical residential and commercial construction projects. Practice creating direct cost estimates based on drawings. The skills obtained in this course will allow you to describe the concepts of pricing direct labour and material costs of typical construction elements.
