Recognizing areas of strength and identifying areas for progress form one of the first stages of leadership performance. This course will provide you with a foundational understanding of leadership style as well as an opportunity to identify your strengths and your areas for improvement. The skills gained in this course will help you create a leadership development plan to support your continued growth as a leader.
Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
For organizations to remain competitive, leaders need to create environments that foster equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). The skills gained in this course will support you in developing your leadership capacity to foster EDI practices in the workplace. Participants who successfully complete this course will be able to describe the impacts of diversity and inclusion and examine the role of leaders in creating diverse and inclusive environments. You will also be able to describe strategies to support your efforts in fostering diversity and inclusion at work.
