Course Overview

Engage in a hands-on exploration of cold food preparation and knife skills. This course hones your abilities in using and caring for professional knives and culinary tools. You'll dive into ingredient identification, flavor recognition, and the production of cold kitchen components. Discover the art of crafting dressings, classical and fancy sandwiches, canapés, and learn the use of olive oils, vinegar, and garnishes in modern salads.

With the skills gained in this course, you’ll be able to enhance your culinary expertise in cold food presentation.

Bring your own apron.
Bring Tupperware/Ziplocks to take home your products.
Wear flat, closed-toe shoes.
